Dana provides an individualized focus to help provide a positive therapeutic experience tailored to each client. Dana s integrative approach implements aspects of cognitive-behavioral therapy and rational emotive therapy. Dana works with her clients to help instill a greater sense of control over their lives, in a positive and non-judgmental setting. Dana has experience in helping clients manage through major life transitions and crisis management. Her specialties include substance dependence disorders, relapse prevention, couples therapy, stress management and the treatment of anxiety and depression. Dana completed her Masters Degree at Alverno College in Community Psychology and is licensed as a Professional Counselor and Certified Substance Abuse Counselor. Past clinical experience includes both inpatient and outpatient settings at Roger s Behavioral Health. In her free time, Dana enjoys CrossFit, running, snowboarding, spending time with her family and live music.
