About

Difficulty navigating relationships is normal in time of life transition and stress. Change can be uncomfortable- worsening anxiety, anger, depression and problems in relationships. Change is inevitable and can be very uncomfortable but often leads to increased health, happiness and life satisfaction.

I provide supportive counseling for individuals going through life transitions and those having difficulty navigating relationships so that they can live happier lives. I have a diverse practice and welcome all. I teach mindfulness techniques to help clients have reduced anxiety, depression and conflict.

I am a LISW-S with over 20 years of experience working with parents, teens, college-age students, adults and their families. I help clients build their own toolbox and change their thought patterns so that they can reduce anxiety, depression and conflict and have better lives.
