Dana is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been practicing since 2015. She graduated from the University of Southern California with a Master of Social Work degree. Dana believes in person-centered approaches to therapy, meaning the focus is on the client and what the client is capable of, and not just their symptoms and conditions. Using concepts from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dana strives to focus on helping clients achieve their aspirations and to support clients in learning the skills necessary to live the lives they want and desire. She believes a person can be a masterpiece and a work in progress at the same time. Dana's main areas of focus including anxiety, depression and grief/loss.
