My goal as a therapist is simple: provide you with a safe and comfortable space for you to express yourself. I will get to know you and your strengths and what ways we can use these to our advantage in working towards your personal growth. I use positivity, creativity, and humor to combat the complexity, intimidation, and challenges life throws at us. There is nothing you cannot navigate through if you have the right tools and that is what we will accomplish. I care deeply about the wellbeing of my clients and do everything in my power to help you, we’re on this journey together. I have experience working with a variety of client needs including individual, couples, substance use, co-occurring disorders, Veterans, correctional officers, those involved in the criminal justice system, problem solving courts, trauma, PTSD, and more. In my free time I enjoy traveling, cooking, downhill skiing, woodworking, and spending time with friends and family. I love learning new things and exploring what the world has to offer.
