About

You are motivated, resourceful, and looking for personal growth. You want to navigate difficult or complicated transitions or relationships, improve your health and wellness, or possibly manage symptoms of anxiety and depression. You are looking at the next chapter of their life with enthusiasm and maybe some trepidation. You are interested in using their time efficiently in therapy. Ultimately, you want an experienced and qualified therapist who will listen and understand, and help you move towards a life that is meaningful, worthwhile and joyful.

I have experience working with adults, children, and adolescents, in a wide variety of settings to address some of life's most difficult challenges. I help individuals, couples and families work through complex situations and mental health challenges using a variety of therapeutic techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).

I understand that seeking help can be a big step. I'm here to listen and support you by offering a free 15-minute consultation to discuss your counseling and therapy goals, and to decide together if my practice would be a good fit for your therapy journey. If I cannot help, I may be able to share some resources or connect you to another clinician.
