About

Depression, anxiety, mood swings, anger, and relationship issues can all have a profoundly negative impact on your life.  People will often try to cope by turning to alcohol, drugs, and excessive electronic usage — as a way of avoiding dealing with these issues. While it is necessary to work through these negative coping patterns, it is more important to get to the underlying issues that fuel these behaviors. As a Clinical Psychologist, I have helped people identify these underlying issues, and then deal with them effectively. The goal is to get at the root of the problem so that it is gone for good.

I have been a clinical psychologist and Christian for many years. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to help you face challenges with depression and suicidal thoughts, anxiety and panic, bipolar disorder, mood disorders, and addictive behaviors like problems with alcohol, marijuana, and pornography.

Many emerging adults (18-25) are finding it hard to navigate the transition to independent adulthood, which can be frustrating for both them and their families. Through individual therapy and supportive family sessions, I can help your family find balance — and empowerment without enablement. Reach out today to start creating a path forward.
