"Why do we fall? So we can learn to pick ourselves up". Life is a journey with many hurdles and potholes, but these challenges are also tremendous learning and growing opportunities. I support people with a wide range of challenges and have witnessed amazing transformations. I have had the most experience working with depression, anxiety, substance abuse, emotional regulation, grief and loss, and relationship functioning. Compassion, non-judgement, respect, and trust are the major fundamentals of my practice. We will work together to decide which clinical approaches are most helpful to you because treatment is not one size fits all. I look forward to hearing from you. Please Note: Only morning and afternoon appointments are available (8am-4pm).
