About

I specialize in supporting individuals struggling with eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and trauma. Many of my clients face emotional distress and difficulties identifying and managing their feelings. Challenges like feeling unworthy can impact self-esteem, sense of belonging, and overall happiness. If you've noticed a significant decline in your quality of life and are ready to set meaningful goals, heal from past traumas, and embark on a journey toward well-being, I'm here to help. I believe that a stable, trusting, and caring therapeutic relationship is the foundation of healing.

Along with my clinical skills, my background in art therapy enables me to offer a unique way for those struggling with overwhelming emotions to connect with and process the barriers keeping them from healing. I help individuals gain clarity, deepen self-reflection, and process their traumas, ultimately leading towards growth and progress.

My approach centers on demonstrating gentleness and compassion to help you feel accepted and understood. I provide tools and resources you can implement daily to build greater resilience against the challenges you face. Together, we'll build resilience, enhance self-awareness, and improve your overall well-being. I am eager and committed to helping you heal.
