About

I provide a safe space where you and I can explore the emotions and experiences that characterize your struggles, triumphs, and everything in between. Together we discover the factors contributing to difficulties, and those strengths that may be waiting to be acknowledged--all in the service of creating more freedom and opportunity. I specialize in women’s health with a particular focus on coping with physical and identity changes post-baby.

I offer attachment-based, humanistic psychotherapy, and am also formally trained in CBT. I consider this a benefit in helping work through difficult times. The attachment-based, relational approach helps develop an awareness of your own process of feeling and relating--a skill that only grows stronger, even after leaving therapy.

I have wide experience of training and treatment, from mother-infant communication and bonding, to parental mental health, and adult psychotherapy. I work with adults moving through all walks of life, and, as a health coach, am also skilled in developing lifestyle change with those who have found it challenging to regain their physical health.
