The hardest things we can ever do are identify what makes us the way we are and challenge our mindset to support ourselves in becoming the person we want to be. Throughout our lives we create tools and mindsets to support ourselves in living in a world full of troubling experiences and struggling transitions. Eventually we reflect and see that our mental health is a product of our strength to survive the difficulties we have endured. As your therapist, my goal is to support you in creating a safe space to feel comfortable exploring and expanding on your world. This journey can feel intimidating and I will support you every step of the way. I completed a 3-year certificate program in Child & Adolescent psychotherapy at the William Alanson White Institute in October 2021. I completed a 1-year certificate program in Eating Disorders at the William Alanson White Institute in May 2022 and completed their second 1-year certificate program in Eating Disorders in May 2023.
