About

We all experience events in our life that exceed our capacity to effectively cope. During those times we may need the support of a friend, or at times, a professional. Are you needing assistance to help you deal with difficulties in relationships, career, or other major decisions, the trauma of abuse, exposure to other traumatic events? Perhaps you are struggling daily with anxiety or depression or simply overwhelmed to the point of not being able to function effectively. If so, I will be glad to help.

I work with people from early adolescence through senior years. Utilizing a holistic approach, I focus not only on emotional/mental health issues but also on the social, spiritual, and physical health aspects of the person's life. Education and prevention are utilized throughout the therapy process.

My approach to psychotherapy is the belief of the potential of the individual to heal, to grow, and to reach their identified goals and to become the person they desire to be. I offer a 30-40 minute initial consultation at no cost. Please call if you feel we might be a match.
