I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional Level II: Complex Trauma. I specialize in working with survivors of human trafficking and survivors of sexual, physical, and emotional abuse. View 7 Photos For 10+ years, I have assisted children, adolescents, and adults in developing the tools needed to facilitate trauma healing and cope with anxiety, depression, and PTSD. I see counseling as a process in which we work as a team to explore and define presenting issues, develop goals for a more fulfilled life, and work towards reaching those goals. Through trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, I incorporate various interventions depending on what works best for you or your child including play, art, and mindfulness techniques.
