Crystal has over 10 years of experience in the field of mental health and human services. Her background includes working with a diversity of populations from early intervention to end of life care. Crystal's approach to therapy is grounded in being collaborative and person centered, strength based, and compassion-focused. Crystal believes in creating a safe and supportive environment where clients can comfortably explore their thoughts and feelings during sessions. Her goal as a provider is to empower individuals to understand themselves better to navigate life's challenges and live the best quality of life possible. View 5 Photos Crystal earned her masters degree in social work at Adelphi University in upstate NY. Crystal moved to NC to become licensed after graduation. As a new clinical provider, Crystal is currently focused on micro level/individual counseling for all age groups. Crystal also believes in the power of self love and self compassion which she works with clients to find within themselves. Crystal enjoys spending time in nature, cooking, listening to music, traveling, and spending time with her family. This helps her maintain balance and perspective in her own life to ensure quality care for all clients.
