Sometimes the path in life is confusing or even a bit of a struggle. When it seems like the road is up hill, I am here for you. I work with clients from all walks of life on the path to living again after trauma and I have worked clients who were having trouble finding their paths. I work with all ages with evening and Saturday hours for the convenience of the clients I serve. I would like to help your light shine on the path to your story. I specialize in working with clients who have experienced traumas, such as abuse survivors, military, & first responders. I practice a humanistic-Rogerian style of therapy, often utilizing art & other creative skills. I teach coping methods that fit the client's life to help overcome the effects of the trauma experience. My name is Crystal, but I also answer to C.C. - I am a trauma survivor of my youth and young adulthood years. Some of the coping skills I teach are things I have learned in my own journey. I would like to help you find what works for you. I am here for you when life steps in your way to help you see your story ahead and follow your path boldly.
