I am a dedicated MH therapist with extensive experience providing compassionate and effective care to individuals facing various MH challenges. My strong background in trauma-informed care, cognitive-behavior therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, couples and family therapy, and Christian-based counseling is a testament to my commitment to this field. I am known for my empathetic nature, strong listening skills, and ability to build meaningful, nonjudgmental therapeutic relationships in a safe environment where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Throughout my career, I have worked with diverse populations, including children over the age of four, adolescents, adults, veterans, couples, and families, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, SUD, relational difficulties, grief, narcissistic abuse, self-esteem issues, and ADHD coaching. I take great pride in empowering my clients! In addition to direct client work, I am committed to ongoing professional development. I regularly attend workshops and trainings to stay current with the latest MH therapy and neuroscience research.
