I’m Crosby, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate and Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist Associate dedicated to supporting you on your journey toward healing, growth, and change. I understand that each person’s path is unique, and my goal is to work with you to address your specific needs. Whether you’re looking to reframe your thinking, confront and process trauma, build motivation for new habits, explore your unique identities, or learn to manage stress and achieve your goals, I’m here to support you. I find that humor, authenticity, and patience are some of the most important things I bring to the therapy relationship. While I specialize in helping clients with substance use disorders and other addictions, my practice is inclusive of a diverse range of experiences, identities, and perspectives. My approach to therapy is grounded in social justice, anti-oppressive practices, harm reduction, and my lived experience with recovery. Entering therapy, whether it’s your first time or you’re transitioning to a new provider, requires both courage and trust.
