About

Are you feeling overwhelmed by life? Questioning your identity or sexuality? Struggling with relationships? You don’t have to face these challenges alone. As a dedicated counselor, I specialize in supporting kids, teens, young adults, and couples during difficult times. I take a warm, personalized approach, focusing on understanding your unique experiences so we can work together to navigate your challenges in a way that feels right for you.

My areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, trauma, self-harm, suicidal ideation, and LGBTQIA+-related issues. I also work closely with individuals who struggle with ADHD, helping them develop effective coping strategies. Additionally, I am trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for personality disorders.

I hold a certification in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and am currently pursuing a post-master's certificate in Marriage and Family Counseling. Life can be tough, and we all encounter challenging moments. I’m here to listen and support you without judgment. Together, we can work towards a brighter, more fulfilling future.
