I specialize in working along side young girls, women, couples, and families process through their traumas, insecurities, and overall life's challenges. I have a passion for supporting young girls/women and the entire family unit by providing them with safe spaces to be their fully authentic selves, while learning coping skills and strategies to ensure that they thrive, not just survive.
