As a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist, I have over four years of experience working with individuals with a wide variety of mental health concerns ranging from depression and anxiety, to more severe mental health disorders, and have extensive experience in working with personality disorders across a wide rage of ages that include adolescents, adults, and couples. My approach to therapy is eclectic and I primarily use a client-centered approach with respect and insight to cognitive-behavioral, dialectical behavioral therapy, attachment therapy, psychodynamic and family systems theory which allows me to tailor sessions to meet e In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing.
