Welcome! If you are reading this, you have taken the first step to uncover the obstacles and barriers to living your valued life. Do you feel you are trying but it's not working? Are you feeling stuck, tired and frustrated? I offer a safe space for you to gain clarity on the underlying issues of eating disorders, depression, anxiety disorders and other life issues that may be interfering with your life. I believe in an individual's innate capacity to heal and grow at any stage in their life. It can and will happen. Why me? I have many years of experience treating and managing eating disorder clients and programs. I understand the complexities of this population, and its cooccurring conditions, such as depression, anxieties, trauma, and use evidence-based treatments and, most importantly, have proven success and positive outcomes for clients. I understand that it is difficult to be vulnerable, to explore the hard issues, and begin the process of recovery and healing. While difficult, it can also be motivating and energizing.
