Corey is a specialist in working with clients with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), anxiety, and trauma. He has experience with social anxiety, panic attacks, and phobias as well. He has experience being trained by specialists and working in an intensive outpatient program for teens and adults struggling with more intensive symptoms. Corey’s extensive experience with OCD subtypes, including contamination, "just right" OCD, magical thinking, pregnancy/prenatal OCD , hit and run fears, sexual orientation themed OCD, and scrupulosity, allows him to provide highly personalized, effective interventions. He also has experience working with families seeking healthier communication and connection, as well as, working towards figuring out how to reduce accommodation of compulsive behaviors for their children or partners and find ways to best support them. Corey often incorporates “homework” between sessions—small, purposeful tasks designed to reinforce progress and build confidence.
