I have practiced as a Licensed Professinal Counselor for the past 20 years in both North and South Carolina. I have worked with individuals, couples, and families as they seek help in facing and working through the stresses and challenges of living. I have trained extensively in the treatment of anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues and co-parenting. Together we clarify your current experience and what you would like to see happen. You may want to overcome or cope with difficult emotions, restore hope and confidence, repair or build relationships, or create healthier patterns. Therapy works.
