About

‘We all have a story to tell, whether we whisper or we yell’. It takes bravery and resolve to begin steps towards change, be it personal, or professional. I understand how fear and doubt can keep one from reaching out, connecting, recognizing their obstacles, and realizing their path and potential. I strive to provide a safe, collaborative, nurturing, and validating space for clients to share their story and a place where we will work collectively to make sense of it to create an atmosphere for change. I use a variety of therapy models and techniques, tailoring my approach to a client's individual needs. One size does not fit all. View 7 Photos

My areas of specialty are navigating life transitions, 'helping the helpers', mindful pain management, and anxiety. My particular interest is helping clients gain knowledge of how the mind works and the neurobiology of worry, fear, and anxiety, incorporating mindfulness, and other holistic interventions to meet their desired goals. Resolve to make a change.

Together we will unpack your tale with the knowledge that 'we are shaped by our thoughts and we become what we think'. If we understand how our life experiences and thoughts contribute to our success and difficulties, and we challenge those to rise above or revise them, to ‘rewrite our stories’, we can make the changes necessary to more fully enjoy life.
