After working with individuals, couples, and families for over thirty years I have come to two conclusions. At the root of most problems is an unhealthy relationship. Secondly, most of us have developed unhealthy coping strategies to deal with the challenges. Our old ways of coping cause conflict in our most important relationships today. Together we will identify and understand these behaviors, learn new skills and uncover our authentic self. Only then we will achieve our goals. Change is possible! As a Certified Imago Therapist I am highly trained to help individuals, couples and families identify and understand the core issues keeping them from having the relationship they desire. Through specific coaching techniques I help clients move past their pain and reestablish safety and connection. The success of any therapy lies within the connection felt with your therapist. I strive to co-create with you a safe place for us to explore your goals and move past the obstacles we discover together.
