About

I am deeply committed to supporting individuals and families on their journey toward healing and self-discovery. Therapy is a way to identify positive and negative patterns in your life, discover your strengths, learn new coping skills, and feel empowered to overcome hardships. Setting goals is important for achieving new milestones, helping identify what is important in your life, and creating an overall sense of direction for your future. I strive to provide a warm, safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment for self-discovery to reach your goals.

I believe in using a client-centered and strength-based approach to support clients with evidence-based practices to identify and address complex social, emotional, and behavioral issues, related to anxiety, depression, trauma, neurodevelopmental disorders, and more, to empower my clients to get them to where they want to be.

Our stories make us who we are. You are truly the expert of your own life experience, and I will walk alongside you, listen with empathy, meet you where you are, and help guide the process to get you where you want to be. You do not have to face it alone. I welcome the opportunity to speak with you over the phone for a free consultation.
