Working with clients who have experienced trauma, day to day anxiety, depression and other diagnoses, I prefer to use a holistic understanding of the interconnectedness of mind, body, and world around us. I collaborate closely with clients to integrate mindfulness practices, somatic experiencing techniques, and other holistic modalities into our work, along with evidence based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Central to my approach is the cultivation of a safe, trusting, and nonjudgmental therapeutic space where clients feel empowered to explore their experiences, and uncover their inherent strengths. Drawing from evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), somatic processing and trauma-informed care we are here to achieve your goals. I understand that every person's experience is unique, and I'm here to co-exist with you without judgment, to validate your feelings, and to support you in finding your own path towards healing and growth. Together, we can explore the tangled threads of your past and day to day experiences, unraveling them gently and with care.
