Life is hard to navigate! Unexpected circumstances, feelings, and life's many curveballs can often leave us feeling stuck - like we can't break free from what's holding us back. Maybe an important relationship is suffering or your mood has changed and you don't know why? Maybe you're overwhelmed and just need to vent? Whatever the circumstances, I'm here to help. Since 2018 I've been working with teens and adults to overcome their struggles. Using proven, research based techniques I have seen my clients learn, grow, and heal through the power of open, honest feedback and active listening. I offer sliding scale on case by case basis. I use a non-judgmental, person-centered approach to helping my clients feel confident that they can find the solutions to their problems. I want to provide a safe space where you can feel comfortable exploring your feelings at your speed. I specialize in substance abuse and addiction issues and have had experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings. We've all had times in our lives where we just couldn't seem to overcome our difficulties by ourselves.
