Today’s world can seem overwhelming and exhausting to many of us. Sometimes, even getting out of bed seems like a chore. Anxiety can feel like it has a vice grip on your life. Imagine if you didn’t have to feel this way. It is possible. I have a history of working with individuals that struggle with addictions, people in the criminal justice system, and those who suffer from anxiety, depression, PTSD, c-PTSD, eating disorders, mood disorders, the LGBTQIA population, and couples struggling in their relationships. The therapies I offer focus on helping to alleviate the negative symptoms that can come with these battles. Utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy, talk therapy, and trauma informed care, among several other modalities, we can work together to find your smile, again. I can help you reframe your thoughts to avoid spiraling down the rabbit hole of the negative bias. This is not easy, nor is it overnight. It will take commitment; but I want to walk this path with you The clients that I have worked with have told me I am easy to talk to. I bring humor when appropriate, and empathy always. I would be honored to help you on your path to feeling lighter, and less shackled by these struggles. Let’s find your strength! I truly look forward to working with you.
