I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and am working on finishing my requirements to be a Licensed Addiction Counselor as well. I completed my masters in Forensic Psychology, and developed a passion for people who tend to be discounted by society. What I have come to find, is we all have certain parts of ourselves that fit into that part of society we try to hide and forget about. I enjoy getting to work with people to process through those parts of ourselves we hide with kindness and curiosity. Whether it is anxiety, trauma, addiction, or even just navigating life in this difficult world we find ourselves in. I have worked with a wide range of populations, as young as age 8 up to age 80. I utilize practices from CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR and MI . I have worked with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, gender identity, stress, life transitions, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, grief, bullying, anger, impulsivity and more. If you are looking for someone to help you gain new perspective on your life. Or, someone to support you through hard decisions and hard times. Or even someone to help you leave behind unhelpful habits. Please reach out if you think we may be a good fit!
