Are you feeling stuck, overwhelmed and frustrated? Are you ready to stop engaging in the same unhelpful coping mechanisms? I aim to support my clients in making realistic and sustainable changes in their lives. I am especially drawn to people experiencing mood disorders, life transitions, grief, trauma and prenatal and/or postpartum depression and anxiety. Above all, I aim to meet my clients where they are, so together we can work towards their goals and make a lasting change. As a professional counselor, I have experience with a wide range of ages, populations, and issues. I work with young adults, adults, couples and families. Each person is unique, so I use a variety of techniques including, but not limited to, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy. My goal is to create a therapeutic alliance rooted in trust, empathy and a nonjudgmental stance. I will provide an open environment for processing, while also providing you with tools and strategies to manage life’s stressors. If you are interested in beginning your journey towards wellness, send me an email or give me a call to set up an appointment.
