My goal is to support clients as they seek positive changes in their lives, navigate challenges, or develop skills to better manage their emotions. Whether you struggle with trauma, mood, relationships, disordered eating, body-image issues, or low self-esteem, I am here to offer non-judgmental support through a strengths-based, collaborative relationship. Together, we can build resilience, explore feelings of shame, pursue authenticity, and develop sustainable motivation for change. My particular areas of interest include working with survivors of sexual assault, and navigating the fulcrum between disordered eating and exercise. My practice integrates a range of treatment modalities depending on your presenting needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Attachment-Based Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, EMDR, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I work with both individuals and couples. Please contact me via email to set up a time to chat. I am available for both telehealth and in-person sessions.
