I approach providing therapy with empathy, validation, but never judgement. I want you to leave therapy feeling better than when you walked in. I specialize in working with clients who struggle with depression, anxiety, divorce, grief/loss, stress in conceiving/pregnancy/motherhood, and adjustment to chronic disease.
