I'm Cindy Robison LICSW/SUDP and provide strength-based individual therapy. Experienced in multiple areas including grief/loss, substance use and abuse, anxiety and depression, cultural strength and dissonance, Elders and caregiving issues as well as Native American concerns. I believe we all want to grow as human beings and want to provide support as you do this. After working in an FQHC Urban Indian healthcare facility and social services for many years I believe my strength lies in meeting people where they are at and working alongside them to address concerns they have I try to be accepting and welcoming, polite, with a great deal of listening, and try to provide a safe place to help reduce anxiety about counseling. Providing accurate information is important to me but if I don't know something I will let them know. Sometimes the patient is my teacher. I started initially in Substance Abuse counseling as a volunteer. I got hooked on seeing how people persevered and learned no 1 person can take credit for their failure or success. I love being a part of their journeys and feel honored to do so.
