I provide services for clients 13 years old to 65 who are experiencing mood disorders (anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder), grief, trauma, life transitions and identity loss. I am passionate about working with clients who want to learn how to set boundaries, be assertive, and connect with their authentic selves. In addition, I am experienced in providing services for high risk clients who may need a bit more support along the way. I believe in providing psychoeducation to my clients and working from a strengths perspective. I work on getting to know you and pulling from my bank of knowledge and experience to help you achieve your goals in therapy. I do not judge others on their faith, religion, spiritual beliefs, gender or sexual orientation. I believe in remaining curious and open-minded to foster positive therapeutic relationships.
