My passion is working with children, adolescents, adults and couples struggling with anxiety, depression, and difficult life transitions. I also work with divorced couples to create Co-Parenting strategies. I bring a direct, compassionate, solution focused approach as a Parent Coach with the option of Home-Based services to help reduce power struggles and restore peaceful family functioning. I also offer Educational/School Consultation support services for complex/neurodiverse clients, creating a partnership between teachers and families to better understand the accommodations necessary for success at school and at home. My specialty is working with Families, Adolescents, Couples and Adults struggling with life transitions, failure to launch, depression anxiety and divorce. Home Based Family Services, Home/School and Educational Consultation for neurodiverse clients,implementing 504 and IEP plans. Clients with Autistic Spectrum of Disorders, depression, anxiety, ADHD. Compassionate, and relationship focused therapy in order to create a safe space for being vulnerable and discussing difficult issues. Honoring different perspectives and helping clients better understand their relationships and communication patterns by exploring their Family of Origin and ways to untangle ineffective belief systems.
