Life can throw challenges at you in the most unexpected times. Seeking therapy is one of the first steps to help you overcome those challenges. Starting therapy can be daunting but nonetheless it is the start to your healing journey and gaining clarity. Recognizing there is an issue and accepting that help is needed is an important element to healing. Through therapy we will identify the issue and create goals to achieve them. One of the goals of therapy is to provide you with tools that you need to overcome situations and to prepare you to handle future challenges using the skills and strategies learned. I work with children (5 years and older), teens, adults, and families. I mainly use a Cognitive Behavioral approach and a Person-Centered approach in therapy. The length of therapy varies for everyone and the treatment would be tailored to your specific needs. I invite you to reach out for a consult so that I may answer any questions or doubts you have.
