About

In the midst of life’s highs and lows, it is inevitable to sometimes feel disconnected or confused. I believe hard experiences and challenges are chances to meet ourselves and to touch the depths of who we really are. Often, who we truly are gets buried under who we were taught to be in order to obtain love or be successful. I am passionate about working with individuals and couples to uncover old narratives and defeating patterns in order to discover how to live authentic and fully connected lives, to both ourselves and each other. Inspired by personal development and growth, our work will help you achieve your desires and goals. View 5 Photos

I work with individuals and couples who are dealing with anxiety, trauma, sexuality and LGTBQ issues and/or life transitions, depression, athlete identity struggles, and are searching for better ways to understand themselves and navigate life. Through a framework of attachment theory and relational psychoanalysis, we will explore your inner world together.

I am currently taking new clients and would love to connect with you.
