Greetings! My name is Ciara Davis, M.S. I began my journey in the career field of mental health in 2012. As I navigated through this specialty, I continued to develop a deep admiration for the work that I was and continue to do. I have gained experience working in inpatient hospitalization, partial hospitalization, and residential facilities. I have encountered individuals of all ages and different backgrounds. Throughout my tenure, I have worked with individuals with anxiety, depression, personality disorders, eating disorders, etc. At The Goode Practice, we specialize in BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and Neurodivergent communities. Even if it may feel as such, we are not a victim of our circumstances and we hold the key that unlocks the barriers that confine us. Through deep self-reflection and exploration, we can discover our inherent value and realize that we have the tools to help ourselves with the challenges we encounter in life. I utilize a person-centered approach. My focus when facilitating groups or individual sessions is fully understanding your perspective and worldview. As we navigate through life we can often feel misunderstood and as if the core of who we are isn’t truly valued. I believe that we are all worthy despite what we may have experienced or have been told. I look forward to hearing from you. Thank you!
