I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and their families, addressing the impact of trauma, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and other mental health challenges on the individual, family, and their behaviors. My goal for every person and family I work with is for both the individual and family dynamic to improve their ability to enhance communication, access coping skills, and gain a deeper understanding of connection to themselves and others.
