I look forward to meeting you at the Colorado Center for Trauma and Attachment where I offer both in person and Telehealth sessions. Most people come to counseling due to emotional distress. Whether anxiety, mood issues, panic, relational or life transition problems, they desire resolution. They hope that with counseling they can increase their resilience and strength and gain mastery over their internal lives. To get the roots and not just the fruits of emotional unease. To be patient and trust themselves in the process. They will be optimistic in obtaining new levels of peace. I specialize in assisting those who have experienced trauma and loss. I have extensive experience in helping individuals resolve symptoms that seem difficult to face. I look to find where trauma has occurred, even seemingly small disappointments where the body or soul has retained something toxic, and help initiate an exchange. We all face life challenges, and I believe it is a great privilege to be trusted to provide counseling. I provide safety and openness in my office and look forward to meeting you! I make it a goal to help increase understanding in my clients so they "have a track to run on" the next time the storm arises.
