Prior to joining LifeStance in 2018, Christine spent ten years working in community mental health. She enjoys working with adolescents and adults, and has a wide range of clinical experience treating issues that include depression, mood dysregulation, anxiety, trauma, stress, difficult life transitions, relationship challenges, difficult family dynamics, women’s issues, LGBTQ+ issues, grief and loss. Christine is bilingual in English and American Sign Language. Christine utilizes a strengths-based, collaborative approach in her practice, drawing from a number of therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy. She values fostering a compassionate, judgement-free space for all of her patients.
