About

You've been feeling disconnected from your job, creative interests, your kids. Your partner tells you that you shut down, but can't find the words to express what you feel. Coping skills you've used before don't seem to work and you want to understand why you keep making the same mistakes or choices over and over again. You're not typically someone who asks for help. It's even hard for you to ask for directions. Having a therapist in your corner can truly be life-changing.

My work is informed by psychoanalytic theory which explores the deeper aspects of the unconscious experiences that influence your behaviors and feelings. Creating a warm environment where you can talk freely about whatever comes to mind is a priority for me

My practice has a special interest in working with men and individuals who have issues surrounding infidelity, but these are not the only issues I work with. Exploring the patterns and unconscious processes that shape your thoughts and behaviors can lead to personal growth and more fulfilling relationships.
