Need someone to help you with relationship issues, anxiety, alcohol or drug abuse, or sexual addiction? I am dedicated and passionate about helping individuals and couples regain a healthier sense of self and work through relationship obstacles. My approach to healing includes the integration of psychological, biblical, and recovery principles. I work regularly with issues related to loss of self in relationships, trust and intimacy issues, difficulty setting boundaries, unresolved hurts or trauma, addictions, and spirituality. I have a certificate in addictions studies with years of experience helping clients recover from alcohol and substance abuse. I was an associate with the Addiction Recovery Center specializing in sexual addiction, where I facilitated group therapy, and provided individual and couple’s counseling. I am very familiar with the 12-steps of recovery. I am also an EMDR specialist (Eye Movement Desensitization Treatment), an intervention that I have used to help individuals heal from the affects of trauma, anxiety, and negative thoughts. I am passionate about helping people experience healing, and would be honored to be able to work with you on your journey.
