I specialize in counseling children, adolescents and adults experiencing a wide range of disorders and struggles including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, difficult life transitions, behavioral concerns, and relationship issues. I provide an environment of acceptance, warmth, and respect and offer a collaborative approach to therapy by helping to guide individuals through a process of self-awareness, healing, and change while working toward their goals. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, a Board Approved Supervisor, and a National Board Certified Counselor with a specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy. It is my belief that each client is unique; therefore I tailor theories and techniques to each individual's specific needs. It is my goal to help individuals not only find solutions to life's problems, but also to enrich their lives, strengthen relationships, and achieve long term goals.
