About

Personal change takes courage. I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space through a collaborative approach, and my focus is on building a trusting therapeutic relationship between us to help you identify and reach your goals. My experience helping clients to discover and follow their own pathway for healing, growth and fulfillment.

My therapeutic focus includes: anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, and identity development. I utilize a variety of approaches to therapy, depending upon each client’s personality and life perspective. My approach is strength based, collaborative, and person-centered, utilizing CBT, DBT, Existential Therapy, and mindfulness techniques.

Therapy is a unique experience for each of us and finding the right therapist can make all the difference. I'm currently accepting new clients in person as well as telehealth appointments and invite you to reach out to schedule a complimentary consultation call.
