My specialty is treating adults who have experienced trauma across the lifespan, including those with Complex PTSD and Dissociative Disorders. I also work with individuals struggling with all manner of relationship challenges and topics around identity. I have experience with and strive to create a warm and inclusive environment for those who are LGBTQIA+ or anyone who wants to explore some aspect of their sexual or romantic life. I am a sex positive provider who is kink-knowledgable and affirming of all relationship structures, including ENM and polyamory. I work from a psychodynamic and attachment theory orientation. I believe that by developing a trusting and meaningful connection between therapist and client, each person can come to see themselves, their relationships, and the world in a whole new way.
