My formal education includes mindfulness, intuition, spirituality, rape recovery, social justice, yoga, sexuality, sexual abuse trauma, and transpersonal psychology. Experience has taught me much about these topics. I'm versed in grief, big life transitions, women's issues, work-life balance, and the undisputed value of a great support system.
