About

I believe individuals have the ability to create change in their life, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. My approach to explore and unravel these aspects of ourselves is through existential-humanistic experiences as well as person centered. My hope is to work together in building a space where one can make way towards healing and personal development.

The more we can be grounded and present within our selves, the more it allows for further self-growth, compassion, and inner strength. There’s value in what the therapeutic relationship can bring;acceptance, joy, and empowerment. I also understand the value of humor in helping us navigate our life experiences.

In addition, my years of experience in the performing arts world brings forth a deeper quality in my therapeutic practice, which enables me to connect to a range of populations, but I also work well with individuals in artistic fields.
