Her specialty is empowering clients through therapy providing a nurturing and safe environment to explore difficult feelings, promote growth, facilitate behavior changes, and improve relationships. Christina has experience providing Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) groups, mental health assessments, and individual therapy in the Cincinnati area. Her passion is working with children and young adults in which she pulls from her experience working with youth in foster care and school-based day treatment. Christina works from a strength-based and trauma informed approach tailored to each individual. She has training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (thoughts/feelings/actions), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (Emotional/Rational/Wise Mind), and Play Therapy modalities. Christina utilizes mindfulness and relaxation, creative based interventions and more. Christina fully respects the therapeutic relationship.
