About

Are you looking for a safe space to do some serious healing? Are you feeling "stuck" and need a safe place to get "unstuck"? Christina aims to create a safe space for anyone who enters. She has had experience working with teens, adults, and families through a variety of struggles. She believes that therapy is a place to process loss, and to find growth. Life can be hard, and it is Christina's goal to sit with you in a non-judgmental empathetic manner to allow you to designate what areas you would like to grow in. She believes that you have the ability to grow and get to the point where you can thrive.

Christina has been an Arkansas Resident since 2015 when she relocated here from Colorado to pursue her Masters Degree in Mental Health Counseling at John Brown University. Christina has both fostered and adopted and is passionate about advocating for others.

Christina believes that providing person centered therapy is an important base to start, but that it is important to create a toolbox of skills that can be used wherever you go.
